The village of Corton is situated on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, between the lively resort of Great Yarmouth and the old fishing port of Lowestoft just a couple of miles from Oulton Broad. Buses for Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft stop by the main entrance to the park.

Sleeps up to 4, with en-suite master bedroom (5’ wide king size bed) and a twin bedded room (2’3” wide single beds); bed linen included. Fully fitted shower room, WC and washbasin. The kitchen has full size gas cooker, microwave, and large fridge freezer. Large verandah providing outdoor space, with spectacular sea views across to Gorleston harbour.

Broadland Sands has a large heated swimming pool with 45 metre flume, and separate children's pool, (closes early September), with walled sun terrace. There is a crazy golf course, tennis courts, and pitch and put on the cliff top, with panoramic sea views.
Inside you will find pool & snooker tables, huge screen for Sky Sports etc and a 'Sports Bar' area. Indoor amusements and entertainment for the children and outdoor play areas. The large Club Room has live entertainment nightly, cash bingo, quizzes, competitions, music and dancing, also a separate lounge area and conservatory when you just want to relax.
When you don't feel like cooking, there is an excellent restaurant on the park, open for breakfasts, lunches and evening meals, 7 days a week in season. Also a takeaway, and small retail unit selling holiday essentials.
Please note: Unfortunately, due to local coastal erosion, direct access to the beach from the park has now been closed. The nearest sandy beaches are at Hopton, Gorleston and Lowestoft.
